Over Deductions and failure to cancel fixed term contract

I took out two contracts and they over deducted R127.26 from my account in March of 2017. I asked repeatedly to be refunded and was not even given the courtesy of a response. However, I was called several times during the end of last year as my contract was coming up for renewal and every time the consultant was informed of my situation they said they would get back to me.....alas....they never did.

I notified them on all available channels and even on their social media pages that I will not be renewing my contract on 1 February 2018 and followed the procedure as per the contract.

Needless to say they have AGAIN Debited my account, despite the cancellation/non-renewal of the fixed term contract and now owe me the R127.26 and R379.00.

It seems so easy to ***** these amounts and not even blink an eye.
