Outstanding Refund -PF***

My Son membership at Planet Fitness in Claremont has been cancelled since Sept 2016 and I have been paying it electronically I have sent them all the bank statements and documents and thus far since August 2017 has been promised my R 2000 The accounts department was quick to sms him threats and stating PF will blacklist him using the SAYA recovery group I Have called several times and placed on FB and was asked to inbox my contact numbers but thus far no payment and no contact The Planet Fitness in Claremont reception manager is aware of this as she is trying very hard to resolve this matter I have no joy but to take this to higher authorities This is a *******
