Outstanding refund pf - SC***

Bad admin at Planet fitness Westwood. Joined the gym, paid half of my yearly fees upfront, went to gym the next month and couldn't get access because my contract was cancelled. It took an entire month to get access to the gym again, settled my yearly account once the membership was sorted, only to be debited the outstanding fees again! I have been calling the call centre from Aug 30 and to this day I still haven't been reimbursed!! I keep getting told that I need to check Friday, because the payment has been released. I am still getting debited for my black tag membership, but they cant reimburse for an error they made! There is no manager available to even escalate this issue to. Absolutely fed-up.
