Outstanding Refund from PLANET FITNESS , and tells me 14 working days it will be refunded but almost a month in and no payment. Planet Fitness mistakenly took extra money from my account and closes my ticket query before even paying.

Hi, I am really disgusted with the service I have received from Planet Fitness. Planet fitness had billed me an amount of R714 for the month to which my monthly charge is R 450. Planet fitness owes me an amount of R 264 which I was told I would receive the money within 14 working days and we are way past that point. If I miss a payment by one day, I will not be allowed in Planet Fitness but Planet Fitness is almost a month in with no payment.

They had closed my ticket query as well and have no idea what to do.
