Our experience at Planet Fitness has been excellent from start to finish. We were assisted by Macdonald, Future, Ora, Joseph, and Celeste at the info desk, all of whom were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful in answering our questions. The facilities are in great condition, with a strong focus on cleanliness. From the bathrooms to the equipment, everything is consistently well-maintained. Even the cleaning staff are friendly and hardworking, which is impressive given their long hours. We also visited Virgin Active, but chose Planet Fitness without hesitation. Based on staff friendliness, cleanliness, and equipment quality, it stands out as the better option in Potchefstroom. One improvement would be adding a kids’ care option or allowing babies/toddlers in strollers for parents who cannot leave them at home.
