Ongoing issues with assistance
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the lack of support and resolution related to my account. It appears that ******** transactions have become a recurring issue for many members, including myself.
Since February 2024, I have been trying to resolve the discrepancy regarding my Medihelp discount. The agreed amount of R299 for February and March was instead debited at R919.72. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed that the employee responsible has left, which seems to be a common excuse among members facing similar issues.
Additionally, I have observed that while we pay monthly fees to maintain the equipment, a significant portion of it remains out of order.
I urge you to address these matters promptly, as it is becoming increasingly frustrating to deal with this lack of accountability.

It appears that my account was debited without proper credit being app****. A journal debit and credit does not constitute a proper resolution in this case nor is this credit passed.
In my opinion, it seems that the accounts may not be reconciled accurately. I have conducted a full reconciliation of my account for your review. I kindly request that the correct credit be app****, as previously discussed. Customers should not be held liable for any oversight related to employee training or errors.
