Once again Planet Fitness Olympus drops the ball!

Once again Planet Fitness drops the ball! The aircon at Olympus has been out of order for more than a week now. Last year we had the same problem and the aircon was out for weeks. This is totally unacceptable at a Signature Club. Please advise on ETA for fixing this issue. One cannot train in these conditions. P.S. Email complaints sent to Club GM are not rep**** to.
