On Vitality membership but paying normal amount

I have Vitality membership so why am I over paying 2 months in a row? R465 and R499?? I already spoke to customer care after the first big deduction and they assured me everything is sorted out but they deducted an even bigger amount this month!!!!! I can't spend hours on the phone because they already stole my airtime money. We live on budgets Planet Fitness and your inconsideration is highly unappreciated. Will someone at Planet Fitness be so kind and tell my other credit providers that I won't be able to pay them because Planet Fitness was so sellfish and wanted it all!!!<br> I want my money back!!!!
