On a NO WORK NO PAY

My account had been in arrears because I could no longer afford paying for gym. You sent my account to Resaya to make payment arrangement. They contacted me to make payment arrangement and offered me a discount. I was able to pay month of Feb. Since the Covid situation I could no longer make payment and am not in a situation to make payment. I received a letter from my company that I will be on a NO WORK NO PAY due to Covid. This letter I sent it to Resaya the moment I received it. I do NOT understand why I am still receiving emails and texts from them forcing me to make payment arrangement.
