OK with just taking money from customers

I have a contract with PF for three year through the Edgars Club.<br> <br> From the time I took out the contract, I paid ontime via debit order. I didnt go to the gym since Feb last year probably. I asked to cancel, but was advised that I cant due to all of the above in contract.<br> <br> My boyfriend now want to join the gym, however, I dont see the need if I am already paying, but not going. So I asked if it is possible for him to go on my disc, that way the membership is still being uses, and the gym is being paid as per normal and I get something for my money. <br> <br> So as I asked the lady that called about this, her only response was that they dont do transfers....I dont want it transfered, you still get all the money you would have from me, someone is just using it. I dont know or understand how this can affect you negatively. I still make the payments, so nothing changes.<br> <br> I cant see how you are so ok with taking money from people all the time if you dont even try and assist the paying cst if need be. When I took out the contract, I had lots of free time, now I work just about everyday and 12hr shifts at a time, so I hardly have the time or energy to can go to gym.<br> <br> Is there no way you can help?
