Not willing to change a policy

I send a email stating that I would like to rent a locker on a monthly basis at the gym. <br> <br> My reason being.. I travel by train to Cape Town and would like to go in the morning before work to the gym. If I can leave my gym bag there, then I don't need to carry it from home to work and back every day on the train. It is very dangerous and I might get ****** with all the bags. Currently I go lunch times to the gym, so I can leave my bag at work. But unfortunately I haven't been there because of meetings during my lunch hour. <br> <br> The answer I got back is: NO! It is against Planet Fitness head office policy that no lockers my be locked overnight. <br> <br> I know for a fact that there are more gym members with the same request. Why can't a policy be changed? or Why can't they at least investigate and find out what the feasibility is to rent out lockers. <br> <br> To me this is just BAD service!! If there is a need for change, then do it! Stop blaming policies for bad service!<br>
