Not what I paid for!

The reason I joined the gym was to attend the Sh'bam classes but they have not been taking place for awhile now. Classes are not taking place according to the schedule at this gym and the service is terrible as you can wait at the reception counter for ages being ignored by the receptionist. There has also been multiple other problems at this gym since I joined relating to aircon, pool, sauna all malfunctioning. Maintenance and service needs to be improved considerably! I was told by the receptionist that they are operating without a manager for the gym and he is not sure when things will improve?! I encouraged my friend and fiance to join this gym and we are all in a two year contract without receiving any value for our money!
