Not paying back fees wrongfully subtracted

<p>Membership fees was subtracted at the beginning of the month after I was no longer a member. I called them and was told that it would tkae two weeks to refund the fees. After two weeks I havent received anything and called them again,. They said it would be paid by Friday the 22nd. Today I called them again and this time they said it would be paid by the 29th. Why does it take a whole month to give me a refund? I cancelled my membership cause I needed the money, but now they're still keeping it.</p>
