Not keeping to the promise

I First Joined in Sept 2014, I was promised an hour with a personal trainer which never materialised, even after making appointment with the trainer who never turned up, I then injured my shoulder and had an operation and left the gym in June 2015, on the 3rd December 2015 I re-joined and once again I was promised a trainer will contact me and this has not happened, I phone the manageress on Tues 09.02.2016 and left a message as she wasn't available and she didn't return my call.<br> Today 11.02.2016 I called back and explained to Shireen what has happened she promised me that someone would call me today and to this point no one has called me.<br>
