NOT impressed Planet Fitness!!

I joined Planet Fitness,the woman who signed me up only gave me the terms and conditions after I had paid, once I read them I asked her questions she would not answer, she would get up and walk away and then told me that she could not cancel my contract. I then cancelled it within the 5 day period you're allowed to \cooling off period""; when I agreed to only pay R700 a month; so basically you double debited me after I had cancelled my contract. So all in all Planet Fitness owed me R2000 which luckily enough I reversed the debit order (R1300). I've called the call centre; the first consultant said my money would not be paid back (R700); the second consultant said it would and they would get back to me; which no one has. Third one said the manager was on the phone and would call back as soon as they got off; which has been 3 hours now. How is it possible for someone to be on the phone for 3 hours?! All I want them to do is cancel my contract and give me back the money back! You are in breach of contract; and judging from Facebook;I'm not the only one you've done this to!"""
