NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Hi, I wanted to join Planet Fitness in Rustenburg in April 2017, but still wanted to decide and find a gym partner. I filled in all the paperwork for the subscription - bank details and all. I told the consultant not to load my details on the system yet until I decided. The Consultant made me pay R100 with my card for the tag otherwise I wouldn’t get the special deal she offered me. When I decided not to join I went back to cancel everything, they told me she doesn’t work there anymore and that I should call the call centre. When I finally explained myself to numerous people everyone gave me the same answer “I will log a query and get back to you, Accounting Centre will refund you within 7-14days” It has now been 7months and still no refund. I call them every month to get feedback and each time it is the same story. I know this is only R100 but it’s still my money and it will be *****ing if they don’t pay it back. My REFERENCE nr is PF ********** . I am sick and tired of explaining myself to different people and never getting any real answers or feedback! I just want this resolved before its 2018 and get on with my life!!
