Not great customer service

I requested a downgrade 2 month ago. After logging a complaint on their web site, someone phoned me and told me the down grade did not go through and she can log a down grade for me now and they are not liable for the two months in which the previous down grade did not go through. I have to say, her attitude was definitely not great and I would expect better customer service from an organization like Planet fitness. Very disappointed.
