Not acting on their promise

I paid more than R4000 for my disabled son on a 2 year contract. which the person at planet fitness told that this is for 2 years and thereafter it will be on a pay as you go basis.<br> The 2 years expired during March this year.<br> In March this year I visited them and said that we will not be interested in the pay as you go as my disabled son is unemployed and cannot afford to carry on with this. The lady at the front desk accepted this. I then asked her if I need to fill in a form to this effect on which she rep**** no she will give attention to this with their admin department.<br> Now my son received a letter from a debt collector to pay over R800.<br> If they are not doing their work properly why must my disabled son be kept responsible.<br>
