Not a good experience at all.

We've joined Planet Fitness Olympus because the new branch is very close to our home. The first time we've arrived at the gym, we were told that the consultant who assisted us, is actually from Planet Fitness Moreleta, and that she signed us up at Planet Fitness Waterkloof. Now we still struggle to get our membership transferred to the Olympus Branch. None of the 3 branches want to take responsibility to help us. If you have the choice, rather go to Virgin Active. We were there before and their service is fantastic. They are very helpful and we never had any issues!
