Nonsense gym

Planet fitness Waterkloof is absolutely full of nonsense. So is their head office. They are a bunch of ********. I put in a notice to cancel my membership in Oct 2021 and was told that the last debit order will be debited in Nov 2021 as my contract was coming to an end then.

I repeatedly asked them if there are any fees that need to be paid, and they told me there were no cancellation fees as my contract was ending in Nov.

I receive a call from Debt collectors in December saying my account is in arrears and that my debit order for December has bounced. They tell me that my membership ends in December. Why would I put a notice in October if the membership is to be cancelled in December, that does not make sense.
