Nonexistent customer services support.

The new app that went live on the 30th of June is useless. Don’t get me started on the customer care department which is unhelpful. I have been unable to log into the app since 30 June. I’ve logged a ticket, followed up telephonically, via Instagram and finally via email and absolutely no response, nor resolution. This is pathetic considering that their app was useful when I was able to use it which is over 2 months ago. Don’t bother with their customer service dept. They will ignore you. I’m regretting moving from virgin active where their response and resolution was within 24 hours. Stay away Overall good gym facilities but the lack of customer support is a dealbreaker.
