Non-refunded money.
Moved over to PF from Virgin active. Worst decision ever. I signed on during their 3 month R99 promotion and was told to come in on the 3rd month to register my vitality benefit with them. I come in on the 3rd month and the individual who told me to wait for him was nowhere to be found.
They didn't load my vitality, charged me R2000 for the activation fee and the gym membership (even though this should have been R250 with my vitality). I asked them for the money back and they said they could only credit my account with R1000, only to find out they only credited me with R250.
So they get to keep R750 of my money and defend themselves as if they weren't the ones to not assist me with loading my vitality when it should have been loaded to avoid this entire situation.
They're a waste of your money in all honesty, and as much as you pay so much for their fees, you don't even get working air conditioning and their water fountains spew warm water.
Would never recommend them. Go to planet fitness to get your money ******.

Your customer service is ****. I've been dealing with you guys for close to two months to get this resolved. Giving me one month credit doesn't solve this. Where is the remainder R750 going to? Sitting nicely in your account. You guys ***** people's money.
