Non-existent Customer Service
I had a problem where unfortunately a debit order was returned. I was contacted by their customer service department and I requested that they email me the banking details. However quite some time later I had still not received the email and called them. The lady I spoke to asked if I check my emails, given that it is a work address I was a bit dumbfounded by the question, advised her that yes I do. I then found that they had spelled my name wrong and that is why I never got the emails. I was told that it's like that on the system as if I have input the information myself. I requested that somebody contact me as they had debited my account on days which were not selected and everytime the debit order returned I was charged R125. I started emailing them on 21/07/2015 and received a response that said that I must go into the branch to swipe my card. I emailed them back and asked for the details again so that I could do an eft. It is now the 22/08/2015 and I have still not received a response. I finally decided to go and pay the amount on Thursday and included my fee that is supposed to go off on 25/08/2015. However this afternoon I received a call from Saya Recoveries. Not impressed
