NON Existent Customer care and Pool area only reserved for classes

The only reason why I pay gym fees with them is for the pool access. I have a full gym at my house in Durbanville..

I have already laid a complaint against them for non existent customer care and the fact that head office never returns your call...

So last night I go for a quick cardio session on the bikes and there after I proceeded to the pool area. Keep in mind that they have rules on the bikes and so forth stating peak times 20 min max ok ....

So I noticed the pool has four lanes and there are members that was swimming already when I got there. An hour later when I get to the pool they still swimming. There was this OB kid that was not swimming and just standing in the water. He got out and was on his phone, but he was not done swimming. This means while he is on his phone we cannot use the lane. He has been "standing " in the water over a hour.

I go to reception where the children / staff told me that I am the FIRST one to complain ever and there are no rules when it comes to the pool area ...... I said ohhh really ??? So this means that should I want to gym in my lunch I cannot make a appointment and also should there be a kid like above mentioned I must wait or go ? they said unfortunately that is how it goes .....

I find this VERY strange as they have rules for the REST of the damn gym ...... Why is it that when there is a swim class we must stay away, but me as a MEMBER ( PAYING for the POOL facility ) cannot make reservations nor is there a fair usage policy to accommodate all members ??? Really Planet Fitness ?? F%$^$N JOKE .....

Anyway so I fail to understand how they think or if they think at all. I cannot understand how they can have rules like you must wear a cap for hygiene, yet some gents have MASSIVE beards ??? WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ????

So me with a shaved head cannot swim with no cap but you with a 1 meter long beard can go ahead with a cap on your head? I cannot believe the mentality behind these people honestly .... No brains ...

So I want to know why can the swim class reserve, but I cannot ?? Do I not pay to use the pool ? Am I not a member ? Do I mean nothing ?

Why not say 30 min peak pool area also ??

So I am looking to move my family and myself to a better gym that cares about their members and actually answers your calls.

I find it so amazing how they can be quick to contact you if you do not pay, but anything else they are useless ....

Think twice before joining Plattekloof branch guys .... You will regret it ...
