Non efficient payment method.

Will make it quick but I understand where I had a issue and I need to go and manually pay my fee at the branch and I can except there payment machine being down but what I really can't understand is you give me the option to pay it into your account and send proof of payment but then I now need to wait a few days for the payment to reflect, what's the point of proof of payment and to make matters worse I mail the email that I needed to send the proof to and get told call the call center or mail customer services. what's the point u have a process make it work or why bother. ..
