Nolan is the "boss"

I have was at the gym for the fourth time to get my dependents loaded under my profile which in itself is a nuisance. While I was being assisted by one of the people at the reception Nolan who is the sales manager told me that I need to carry my child or else. He further told his stuff not assist me and made the declaration that I am an unfit parent. The audacity I have never I'm mylife been spoken to with such disrespect and further just because the particular individual is a manager. I am still upset thinking about this how a person that is supposed to offer solutions to make the customer experience better thinks that it's acceptable to act and delegate instructions that leave much to be desirable and claim to be a representative of planet fitness. I want a cancellation of this membership and a full refund of my money for the tags. I never want to have any association with your brand. When I asked the manger on duty what I can do he said that I must fill in an incident report. I waited for over 20mins for him to print out the form that never got printed and further more for him to construed my statement and write what he wanted to write and when I asked him why he wasn't writing what I was saying he told me that I was telling my side of the story which further confused me as this was my statement and it meant to be just that. I am disgusted about the experience. I have worked in service departments and I have never and would never even dare use rank or anything as abuse of "power" to make a customer experience anything other than pleasant. To have people like him make rules up and pull the I'm manager card for nonsense like this. Sis.....
