No stock ever

I joined planet fitness as my husband and his friends gym there but now that it's time to get my free bag they don't have stock my husband's frie d was suppose to get his bag in December already but also no stock are other friend had to go to a whole other planet fitness to get his bag I mean why promote something if you never have stock that is just poor business s****s and I mean since December no stock that is really **** client service
