No steamroom at Planet fitness de Waterkant

I signed up at Planet Fitness Signature - DE Waterkant. Since I have been a member the steamroom has been out of order about 70% of the time. I have complained numerous times to multiple manager as they have come and gone it is still an issue. The current manager says she is escalating to national management...and then what?! This has been a problem for months!!! They keep replacing elements but not just replacing the equipment. I am now seriously considering leaving and I am not the only one.
