No service, no cancellation upon many request, continue do take money!

Planet Fitness Service does not cancel membership, worst service EVER! Two months ago before the 7th of the month i called to get a settlement amount on my contract. I received the amount and paid it immediately and sent the proof of payment. At the end of the month my account was still debited. I called again, the lady said she the cancellation was processed she will do it again and i will recieve an email and a refund... guess what no refund and at the end of this month my account was debited again. What is the use of following the procedures set out if Planet Fitness cant even follow them. They are quick to process when you join but useless with everything else!! I am outraged, how much more money are they going to take. My original contract expires in 2 months they will probably just continue *****ing money, even after i have now paid 3 tines to cancel! I will NEVER join Planet Fitness ever again!
