No service and breaking contract

Planet Fitness witbank blocks my tag because of R89 behind. Which Im not. Have proof of payment that I even contacted them and emailed. They ignore your messages and cannot assist you at the branch. Really bad service. Well, no service really. Bad service would mean you getting some assistance. They just ignore you completely.
