No service and Being accused of ***** !!!!!!!

<p>I joined planet Fitness for myself and my 2 teens. Having a 12 month contract now have suddenly changed to 24 months without my notice. I have taken out 2 contracts which 1 is a buddy tag that I use together with my 14 year old son. My daughter(16) have her own tag. I sometimes drop the kids of at gim and go to town to do some c****s, which leave my son to use the buddy tag. They are now being accussed to ***** !!! and access have been denied at the gim without my presence. How rediculase can they be. Rules and regulations of planet fitness states that under 13 years old must be accompanied by parents, he is 14. I'm so sorry for not checking the hello peter website before joining, cause it seems that they don't really care about bad publication at all. Spoken to a lady at the Rustenburg branch -(Belinda ) telling me that they can't change memebers on the contract once it's done and that the children are not allowed to gim on there own, also that they don't care what I do or where I go with this complaint............... So sad how the customer service went down the drain!!!!!</p>
