No response & unresolved problem

<p>I have an contract with planet fitness but the guy never told me how my contract works and the copy he gave me is so unclear to read. I usually pay R195 but for the last 3 month I had to pay R799 because my visits wasn't good and I didn't my contract work according to my visits. I am struggling to sort this problem out because I am not willing to pay 3 months this R799 amount if their guy wasn't trained good. I called the call centre, spoke to my branch manager, send emails and complaint on their websit but still no response. I receive emails that says my case has been close but I don't know the out come or nothing. This is really the badste service I have received. They also charge me an internasional rate but my contract says local. Feeling so dissatisfied.</p>
