No response of planet fitness

<p>I STILL GOT NO FEED BACK ON THIS COMPLAINT i THINK THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE TO JOHANNESBURG HEADOFFICE AND FACE THEM...... </p> <p> </p> <p>My work relocated me to Hartbee****rt dam. No planet fitness in town. I asked for a cancelation but they said I need to pay up till September 2017. now its not out of free will I DONT HAVE A CHOICE!!!!!! So why do I need to pay up for services that I am not going to use???? it does not make sense I was a LOYAL CLIENT PAID EVERY MONTH and they cant see in my situation. I want this sorted out as they just dont care what your problem is. reference number is : PF***. you are always so important when you do use the gym but when you call up for help and explain that you forced in a town with no gym then they just dont care about you. I am really disapointed in them I want action on this stop putting your hands in the air and say we cant do nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Michael Steyn </p> <p>***</p>
