NO RESPONSE FROM PLANET FITNESS
On 2022/05/19 at 11h34am I have sent a cancellation request to *** stating as per the dr's request that I can no longer gym due to medical reasons I have attached the dr's memorandum as proof they have said that I will get feedback on 2022/05/25 which never happened I had to call them yet again on 2022/05/27 asking what is happening with this matter I was then told that they are trying to get hold of the dr and up until today 2022/05/31 still NO RESPONSE from them

Please be advised we have not received any email or confirmation letter from your Doctor
At this point we are unable to procceed with the cancellation until we receive the email from the Doctor.

I have sent a couple of emails with the MEMORANDUM with the Dr's signature and hospital stamp what more do they want or is it just an excuse not to cancel my membership without a penalty do I need to do their job for them now in telling the dr to email them????? At 1st I was told they are trying to get hold of the dr now they want a email from the dr so what exactly do they want?????????
