NO RESPECT

<p>Sent a mail on the 3 rd of November to cancel my contract. Resent the mail on the 17th as I had no reply. Got a mail on the 23rd to say ny query was closed. Handed my tag back to my Claremont branch on the 30th and was told my contract had not been cancelled. Was debited for an annual levy and monthly fee on the 2nd of December. I find it appalling that there is no friendly curteous customer interaction and obviously no customer service whatsoever.</p> <p> </p>
