No resolve only perpetuated unprofessionalism

Last week I posted a report about extremely bad attitudes and unprofessional conduct among staff at Planet Fitness Just Gym Meadowdale. It seems that management has done nothing to resolve the matter and rather encouraged the behaviour and perpetuated it in the guilty parties. Titus the the staff member who tried to create a diversion and gave me the IT departments number instead of the head offices number to lodge the complaint against the staff has taken it upon himself to continue the negative behavior. This can only be a result of ineffective management and an encouragement of ill behaviour on managements part. Surly if management understood the issue at hand they would have eliminated the problem? This is clearly not the case. It seems that the fish rots from the head down at Planet Fitness. There is clearly no point in contacting the complaints department or head office to lodge any kind of complaint. I am unfortunately stuck in a contract with this sub-leveled franchise and deeply regret ever signing on. A complete waste of money.
