NO REFUND COMING

My wife has cancelled her contract and the debit order is running from my bank account. <br> There has been 3 debit orders that should not have gone off my account were the debit order was not cancelled.<br> I have called the call centre 5 times already with no resolution. It was confirmed that the refund should be processed but now it was declined for some reason as it is not my wife's bank account. I do not understand this logic. Refund into the account where the debit order has been running from. Simple!
