No refund!

Good day,<br> <br> I have cancelled my membership a week ago, I am entitled a refund and they confirmed the cancellation has been sent through, yet the debit order still went through, now I have no more money in my account, also they said I will be refunded all my money, they never came back to me, I called them and they said I need to send them my banking details, why did they never phone me to ask for my banking info? Also I have sent them the details and now no one is coming back to me, I sent 7 mails asking them if they received my banking details and also if my money as well as the debit order money will be refunded, they keep on ignoring me, I need all my money refunded asap!
