No maintenance on spinning bicycles and maintenance

No maintenance done on spinning bikes and bikes are out of order most of the time: spinning bikes are dangerous, peddles are loose and not fixed at all. No aircon in classes, and havent been working for almost 2 years When any complaints are given to management, no feedback and no improvements made.
