No Feedback Whatsoever

This is my 6th post on Hallo Peter in the last 2 and a half weeks regarding the service i have received from Planet Fitness and these people do not worry or care about me as their client. I have requested from Planet Fitness on numerous occasions for them to solve my issue on which both the Club Manager of Craighall Park and Thabo from Head Office said they will solve but never got back to me on any time. I am so sick of them and am sorry for joining them and should have gone to Virgin to join with my Vitality. Could anyone please catch a wake up from Head office and call me so that i as your member can cancel my membership, get my money back from them and re-join Virgin Active and get a better satisfied result. They are so useless its not even funny and that not even one person can get hold of you is amazing. I want and demand the Head of Planet Fitness and maybe i DARE him to pick the phone up and call me so we can chat. Awaiting that Dared Call.
