No feedback to their clients

Your retentions consultant Shaakir advised he will get back to me on 06/12/2024 with a new contract just for a single Club (He did send one for multiple clubs yes, however I decided not to go that route and just asked for one for a single Club) I have been practically begging him via email to send me a new contract but to no avail and empty promises. Seems like you guys are not interested in retaining your customers. Let me know if I should look at your competitor?
