No feedback on cancellation request
We have been trying to cancel my son's membership since 27 February 2025. The whatsapp is a joke - first you get feedback that it will be actioned - then nothing now the whatsapp agents is not even assisting - emailed multiple time - used online query form - NADA. I will reverse the debit order cause i believe i have done my part - Signing up is a breeze and they take your money as soon as the next day but Cancel - not easy
