No Feedback and Help from Head Office and Branch I

My name is Daniel Kasperczak and joined your Craighall Park Branch beginning of April 2015.<br> I thus contacted your head office and spoke to a person by the name of Prabhakar Rampersadh and logged in a complain about the service i received at Craighall.<br> <br> The man told me over the phone he cannot do anything and escalated my complaint to the Branch Manager itself and this was 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> I thus have requested at the Gym itself for the Branch Manager to contact me for the past 2 weeks and also nothing.<br> <br> This i must say is pathetic service from a gym and i am actually regretting that i signed up to your gym as at Virgin i never received bad service like this.<br> <br> My complain is as follows: Upon signing to the gym the person signing me up said i will get a call from one of the team members at the club for him to do a body assessment with me and maybe give me a few tips within the gym and also my so called Gym Bag (Puma).<br> Early April one of the persons from the Gym called me and he wanted to make an appointment with me on which i was happy to do and told the person over the phone that i come to gym daily from about 5h30 am.
