I went to benoni branch to get a free week pass. When i got there they guy said no o cant get a week but he will give me 2 days, IF I JOIN!!! Either he is wrong, or it is false advertising from planet fitness..<br> <br> I logged a complaint via email with the call centre regarding this matter. The email was on the 17th of December and today (23 December) I still havent got a respond to the email. All i got was a conformation that my complaint has been logged. This is really unacceptable.
