No Feedback!

On Thursday, 12 Nov, I was contacted regarding my hello Peter report and they said they will reverse my Nov membership fee and the Nov late fee by Friday. I have not had any feedback and checked at the gym yesterday if it has been done and it has not. I have now phoned customer care and was told again that I have oustanding fees and was left on hold for over 5 minutes so I eventually hung up. I haven't been able to gym in a week now. I was told if I gym 16 times in 8 weeks I will get a free bag but now I am unable to make it as my time is up this week and I only had 4 more sessions to do.
