NO EXTENDED GYM MEMBERSHIP TO DATE

I joined planet fitness December 2014 and have had nothing but problems. Joined started paying on my Edgars account they froze my membership. for admin reasons so they said. they took 2 months to rectify this. In April 2015 just before Easter went to gym the front door was closed no entrance. A member came around the corner and said the entrance is now here they are doing alterations. So walked into the side entrance and reception said the ladies only feminaque was closed. I was furious as I have a back problem and cannot use machines with weights only hy****ics. I asked to speak to the manager Bradley and he said all members had been contacted via e. mail EXCEPT ME. He said it would take about 3 weeks and this was just before Easter 2015.They froze my membership again without telling me. Spoke to Bradley again and he said he had done that so I would get extended membership for the time I had missed.I e.mailed and emailed no response so I went down to see hi. He kept saying it will take a few more weeks to open.
