No customer service from call center

Worst customer service since the word go, called planet fitness customer care regarding contract details and the lady assisting over the phone got rude. Asked to speak to management and was told nobody in management is available and will call me back. Yes I am still waiting for the call back from management...

Will never refer anyone to join Planet fitness, this is not the first not the second it is every single time you request assistance from them that service is extremely bad... or just no service at all.
