No customer service

The staff at planet fitness liberty mall pietermaritzburg are very rude, Un welcoming and it's like we begging them to come to the institution, customer satisfaction is not a priority at that place, especially the sales team..... There is a handful of staff that I can compliment namely, zinhle, keeryanne these 2 ladies are always smiling, then it S K and rasta from the males who are always willing to assist and are welcoming, as for the rest..... PATHETIC
