No consideration for safety of kids

I recently joined planet fitness brakpan but I’ve not used the facilities. Before signing up i asked the sales consultant if i come with my kids where will they be seated and he showed me the secured seating area inside the club when you enter. Today the 9 of December when i go for my 1st time with my kids they are denied to sit inside the secured area and I'm told they must sit next to the entrance door unsecured with no consideration of my kids safety. My kids are 6 years old and 9 years and my 6 year old is being denied from sitting on a chair and table inside because of policy??? Not even Virgin active have such ****py policies.

I would rather cancel than deal with such a place.
