I have received no email no phone call from planet fitness

I have contacted them in November 2019 stating that I am out of work and had no job and the consultant told me that my account would be canceled on that circumstance due to MNOT HAVING A FRIKKEN JOB.

WHY AM I GETTING THREATENED NOW???

NO JOB = NO MONEY

IS THAT DIFFICULT TO COMPREHEND?
